What is included in "Security & Vulnerability Remediation"?

  • 190+ applications managed outside of Operating System patches and any vulnerability remediation associated with the list of applications linked “Here”.

  • All endpoints at any service level will receive “Security & Vulnerability Remediation” included with patching. “Security & Vulnerability Remediation” will be leveraged within any patching service and resolve software CVEs for any product listed “Here”.

  • The vendor Ground Level IT works with states the following

    • “focuses on quality over quantity—delivering a lean, high-impact set of applications based on customer needs rather than vanity metrics. This approach enables faster patch delivery, backed by a 24-hour SLA commitment. Each application patched is securely sourced, rigorously tested, scanned for malware, and validated for integrity in alignment with our SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001:2022 certifications”

  • The vendor Ground Level IT works with also states the following
