Getting Started
-
An endpoint is a single computer - laptop or desktop - enrolled in the patching service. Pricing is charged per endpoint, so a business with 5 computers enrolls 5 endpoints into our patching system.
-
A scheduled weekly time when your endpoints receive updates and reboots. The window depends on your service tier.
-
If an endpoint is powered off, offline or disconnected from our patching service, during its patching window, it catches up on patching and reboots within up to 5 days of being powered back on.
-
Use contact form on contact page or choose your tier from our “Patch Pricing Comparison”
-
Yes to both. Every patching tier patches the operating system (Windows 11, MacOS, and supported Linux distributions) plus 600+ third-party applications, see the Application Patching List.
-
Yes. After you complete checkout, we email you the install file for your endpoints. Open it on each computer you're enrolling, choosing the version that matches that computer's operating system. Once each endpoint is installed, we verify it's reporting in to our system and confirm the patching window and reboot schedule for that endpoint.
-
Patches will be deployed at the next scheduled window for the patching tier of the endpoint. If an endpoint misses its window because it was powered off or offline, it catches up within the 5-day lag once it's back on.

-
No contracts or commitments. We offer month to month or annual pricing packages. You can cancel anytime by emailing orders@groundlevelit.com

Every endpoint needs patching to stay secure - it's the foundation of a safe environment, not an optional extra. We include it with every tier so your business stays safe, functional, and serving your customers regardless of which plan you choose.
How Patching Works
-
Windows 11, MacOS, Debian-based Linux, and Fedora-based Linux
-
Windows 10 is out of support by Microsoft as of 2025. If you have a computer with Windows 10, you need to update the operating system to Windows 11 (if possible) or purchase new hardware with a supported operating system or update to Linux (if possible).
-
Yes, Windows 11 and MacOS are all supported at all service levels.
We also can patch for all service levels Fedora-based and Debian-based Linux distributions too! -
Debian-based distributions (Ubuntu, Linux Mint, etc) and Fedora-based distributions (Fedora, Nobara, etc).

Where they're covered by the operating system's own update mechanism, drivers, firmware, and browser extensions are deployed within your patching window. Anything outside that scope isn't included.
